Michel Loiselle is a Business Development Officer for the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) serving the Prairies and Pacific regions since 2006. Michel promotes CIPO’s programs and services to colleges, universities, small business networks and entrepreneurs across the west, striving to raise their awareness of the benefits of intellectual property.
